Imagine walking out to bat or coming on to bowl and feeling calm, focused and confident… Although you might still get nervous, you’ll know what you need to do to channel those nerves into positive energy so that you can feel good and think clearly and therefore make good decisions and perform at your best. After all, it’s usually our decision making, not our skills that are what causes the mistakes.

It’s time to stop letting the discomfort of fear cripple your performance. While fear is a natural human emotion, wouldn’t it be nice to understand it and be able to use it to your advantage rather than getting the tense, sick feeling in your stomach before you play?

By now you should realise how important your thoughts and emotions are for your performance. Often, although you train hard and have the physical skills to succeed it’s your mindset and emotions that hold you back! Until now…

No doubt you’ve trained body a lot but haven’t got the results you’re so desperately wanting. So it’s time to take a different route and training your mind. Understanding yourself (your thoughts, emotions & body) and your game is the difference between where you are now and what you want to achieve!

Peak Performance is a 12-week online program that focuses on creating a successful mindset by improving your mental skills and emotional intelligence to be used on the cricket field and in every day life.

Peak Performance isn’t like traditional coaching programs. It’s for serious cricketers who want to improve and become the best they can be – no matter what level you’re at (this isn’t for you if you aren’t serious about becoming the best you can be!).

With weekly videos, PDF’s, worksheets and quizzes, PPP has been structured to be easily consumed in your own time and suit all ages. The tips, tricks and techniques taught in the program come from our experiences and lessons we’ve learnt from some of the the best players in the world and can be incorporated into your everyday life as well as on the cricket field.

G’day legends! I’m Scolls. I’m a former professional cricketer and the founder of Cricket Mentoring. Over the past few years, as Cricket Mentoring has grown, I’ve been fortunate to travel the world and help thousands of serious cricketers who want to be their best move towards their goals. Whether you’re 6 years old or 46, it doesn’t matter, as long as you have the hunger to improve! I’ve been fortunate to play with and against some of the world’s best players and am now coaching and mentoring international cricketers.
