At that time, when she was uploading more and more content to YouTube, her channel just wasn’t going the way she wanted it to, and it wasn’t making any money like these other YouTubers she saw.

So she knows how you feel if you’re in a similar situation right now.

That’s where Hayley’s mindset took a shift.

She decided to start treating it like a business, putting strategies in place, & and thinking outside the “”YouTuber”” box.

And that’s when things really started to take off.

‍After just one year, she was able to pay off over $40,000 of debt and quit her 9-5 job.

Then another year after that, her husband was able to quit his 9-5 job, and she’s now able to fully support her entire family with the money she’s making from her channel.

Five years ago, Hayley quit her full time job to stay at home with her first born baby. It was at that time, she started a blog, Instagram account, and a YouTube channel.

A few years later, she became a full time influencer, living primarily off of brand deals. While the income was great, she became burnt out and found herself spending more time creating content for brands other than her own, having to repeat word for word what to say/sell to her audience.

This made her determined to find another way to leverage her audience and make an income for her family that wasn’t dependent on algorithms and “#ads”.

So after launching her first online course, she’s never looked back. She’s now able to grow authentically, and make passive income that doesn’t require her to be on social media 24/7…and she now teaches other influencers how to pursue this life of freedom!
