In this capstone you will design, prototype, test and deploy a natural language messenger bot for your website, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger or any application of your choice. This capstone will be part of your portfolio design.
Power of Conversation Design
In this section we will dive deeper into conversation design and learn how to apply the same principles we use as humans to converse into designing conversations with the bot. We will learn how to develop an accurate and responsive system.
Voice Interaction Basics
In this section we will dive deeper into how voice assistants work, the building blocks of voice. We will dive deeper into voice technologies like ASR, NLP, TTS and will also learn how fulfilment works. In this section we will also look into text to speech and methods to tune the voice prompts.
Designing for Voices

In this section we will learn about the five step voice interaction design process and the expected deliverable and outcome from each of those processes. We will dive deeper into bot persona, sample dialogs, voice flows, voice scripts and usability testing methods.

In this section we will learn about various research methodologies which are helpful throughout the life cycle of a voice application or conversational AI design and development. It will teach you the basics on how to conduct each research tailored for conversation and voice interaction design.

In this section you will learn how to design personality for your bot, persona for your target users.
