copy/replace all files from folders – “TOM_cci_(AnyNT)”, “TOMbars-v2.0.4_(AnyNT)”, “TOW-v3.0.2_(AnyNT)”

into “C:\Users\xxxxxxx\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\”.
